The BBQ Smoking Chunks are made with kiln dried hardwood, oak species and the bourbon barrel slats that are cut to size. The Bourbon slats are barrels taken apart and sawed to size.

Bourbon Barrels are taken apart and dried, then sawed to 4" x 3" chunks
Packaged in 3.5 mill bags
