The Al-Natural Energy shavings plant is a complete process plant taking in the dry pine shavings and has the ability to size 3 different shavings sizes for bagging along with the ability to hammermill the sizing to a mini flake.
Pine Shavings:
Only clean dry pine shavings used, stored indoors
Moisture between 10% to 15%
Multiply compaction ratios
Double deck screening prior to bagging
4-station Verville Bagger used, heavy duty bags
Pallets are shrink wrapped and top covered
